The Box Office is open for telephone and and walk-up sales
  • 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday - Friday
  • 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Saturday and
  • one hour before each performance.

The Box Office is located in the Center's lobby, at
34 Melrose Avenue in Tryon, North Carolina.

You may purchase tickets for any Art Center event by phone, or in person at
our box office.

Your Purchase is Risk Free!

If you are unable to attend a performance, we welcome ticket exchanges up to
48 hours before the scheduled performance for a credit on your TFAC
account towards any future show.  There is a $3.00 per ticket service charge
for ticket exchanges or replacing lost tickets.  For all ticket buyers, your ticket
purchase may always be turned into a tax-deductible donation to the theatre if
you are unable to attend.  Contact the box office for more information.  We
are unfortunately unable to offer refunds on any ticket purchases.

For Our Younger Guests

Many TFAC events are perfect for children.  We encourage parents to check
out our Arts in Education Series of shows for some great ideas.  Some events
are not appropriate for children.  We encourage parents to give us a call
when in doubt.  Some performances may contain mature themes and children
under the age of fourteen will not be admitted.  DUE TO FIRE AND SAFETY
REGULATIONS, EVERY PERSON, REGARDLESS OF AGE, MUST HAVE A
TICKET TO ATTEND A TFAC EVENT.  (Sorry moms and dads, but you can't
hold your wee one on your lap if he or she doesn't have a ticket.)

For Patrons With Special Needs

The main floor of the Fine Arts Center is wheelchair and handicapped
accessible with wheelchair and companion seating available.  Please request
these seats when ordering.  Assisted listening devices are available to all
patrons at the box office the night of the performance.  Advance notice is not
required.  Interpreting services can be made available with a request at least
two weeks prior to the event.  Contact us with any questions for your special
needs and we'll make sure your experience is comfortable and rewarding!
