Don't think you have a group? Think again. Putting together a group is easy and fun.
Family, sports teams, friends, co-workers, school, community and religious groups, book
clubs and work out classes. Anyone qualifies, and everyone reaps the benefits!
COMPLETE EVENT PLANNING
Our Event Planning Team will help make the most of your corporate gala, fundraising
event, family reunion, travel package, holiday gathering, or theatre party. Centrally
located in the heart of the Foothills, the Tryon Fine Arts Center is the perfect location for
your special event and our staff will help plan every detail. Cocktails before the show, a
reception afterwards, private space, hotel reservations, dinner reservations,
transportation to the theater ... we do it all. Whether your needs be simply for 30 tickets
for your schools orchestra to attend a Tryon Concert Association Event, or as complex as
finding meeting space for 100, 50 hotel rooms, dinner, and priority seating for a
MainStage show...we can do it all. Just give a call to our business office, let us know what
kind of experience you need to provide for your group, and let us take it from there.

While the Arts Center is always buzzing, there is not always an event on stage. During the
quieter times, we offer a fascinating peek behind the scenes. Your group will get a view of
this Arts Center that few ever see! Only $5 per person.

LUNCH ON STAGE
Experience the view of the stars! Enjoy a custom built menu prepared by one of the Foothill’s finest food experts on the stage that has hosted Freddy Cole, Alvin Ailey Dance
Company and many others. Few people get to see the theatre from this perspective. Your
group will not only get to see it, but enjoy an all you can eat gourmet meal on it! During
dessert, you'll be serenaded by the sounds of the past artists, and your group will dance
their way back to the coach!
LUNCH ON STAGE INFORMATION
One of our many local caterers will create a meal just for your group. Choose from a huge
selection of menu items.
SCHOOL GROUPS
School Groups are a very important part of Arts Center Performing Arts. We strive to provide a world-class educational experience to each and every student who desires it.
While the realities of producing music and drama events prevent us from giving away
tickets to our events, we do make every effort to bring them within reach for school
classes. If you are a teacher or parent who would like more information on bringing your
children to the Arts Center,please call Chris Farrell at 828-859-8322 ext. 213. School
groups are booked in and priced on an individual basis depending on ticket availability,
popularity of the event, and educational value.
We also offer schools a very generous fund raising program to help cover the cost of a
ticket. Please inquire for more information on this exciting program!
Corporate Flex Passes
A night out at the Arts Center showcases the absolute best that our region has to offer!
Use us to entertain an important client, offer a fun perk to your employees, create a new
incentive program, or woo a particularly promising recruit.
Corporate nights out have been part of the business culture in major cities for decades.
Now the same perks are available right here in Tryon! Take advantage of this simple and
flexible program to grow your business and create an identity with Western North Carolina’
s finest entertainment. Of course, we are also happy to sell you group tickets to a single
event for your corporate function.
Our new Corporate Flex Passes are easy to use, affordable, flexible, and fun!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Your passes will work much like gift certificates, and reservations may be made by phone,
email, or in person at the box office. Pass must be traded for tickets at the door. Passes
may also be presented at the window the night of the show in exchange for the best
available seats.
Distribute however you'd like. Ask me for suggestions! Much like season tickets, passes
are good for the season in which they were purchased and cannot be rolled over. Simply
call to place your order, and passes will be mailed to you.
